The perfect functioning of a tool is only shown on a finished pressed part. That's why every tool undergoes a “test run” in-house before delivery, and the pressed parts are checked for dimensional accuracy, surface quality and process capability.

We have 2 high-performance hydraulic presses available for try out, sampling, or prototype production. Of course, we also offer these to our customers for the reprocessing of tools, pressing of new series and discontinued series parts, small series, and spare part production.

Both, the reliable functioning of the tools and implementation of the customers’ requirements, and the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the sheet parts produced with our tools are indicators for our work.
