Modernisation is a cost-effective option for staying up-to-date in terms of technology. From component alternation or expansion through to complete modernisation of your machine – we rely on both tried and tested solutions, and on drawings and documentation. In order to avoid losing touch with modern production and to ensure that your KEKEISEN continues working extremely productively in the future, we recommend:

• Installation of a new CNC control unit with new functions
• Installation of new drive technology for higher speeds
• Mechanical upgrading of the milling head and gearbox for increased speed
• Retrofitting of oil cooling to improve accuracy
• Upgrading of the coolant system e.g. for higher pressures or internal coolant supply
• retrofitting of a tool changer
• Addition of a work area enclosure
• Addition of a chip conveyor
