UBF - the universal plano milling machine for efficient machining of larger parts

The The UBF range comprises high-performance plano-type CNC machines for 4-sided machining of larger work pieces in a single clamping operation.

The consistent location of the machine column ensures maximum stiffness and accuracy in the process, and in addition a very ergonomic workplace rotation between the front and the back for the operator. Supplemented with an automatic tool changer, you get the productivity of a machining centre.
A broad range of traverses, milling head options, and accessory features make it possible to put together the right machine for any requirements.

In addition to classic multi-side machining, machining can also be performed on oblique planes with a high machining capacity using the controlled milling head.

A rotary table expands the options considerably. If the rotary table is placed directly on the guides instead of a normal machine table, the result is the UBF-R model for 5-sided machining of larger parts.

Special high-speed rotary tables even allow for the execution of combined milling and turning operations

Alternatively, the rotary table can also be integrated into the normal machine table - at the same height.

To increase efficiency through a runtime parallel set-up, the machine is available as the UBF-D variant with double table,
