TORNOMAT - Polygon turning machines with highest productivity

TORNOMAT machines are polygon turning machines for the generation of flats and profiles on turned parts, forgings and castings.

Slots and grooves can also be produced.

Because of the high economy for all series productions, they are the perfect alternative to milling, broaching and slotting.

2 clamping stations allow loading and unloading during machining time either manually or automatically with a loading system.

A better cut division and reduced cutting time as well as the compensation of cutting forces can be achieved by simultaneous operation of 2 cutter heads.

Simultaneously, additional operations like chamfering, deburring, boring, spot facing etc. can be performed.

Range of parts for TORNOMAT 2

Range of parts for TORNOMAT 2:
3-36 mm (hexagon A/F)
3-29 mm (square A/F)
TORNOMAT 2E - the economic basic machine

TORNOMAT 2E - the economic basic machine max. machining diameter approx. 40 mm
max. turning length 60 mm

TORNOMAT 2D - the all-round machine

TORNOMAT 2D - the all-round machine A CNC-control permits also conic flats, radius and backward operations

The TORNOMAT 2S with two working units on opposite sides is the right choice, if two-sided machining is necessary.

The machining diameters are equal to those of the regular TORNOMAT 2E machine, workpiece lengths range from 16 to 150 mm.
Greater lengths are also possible.

Alternatively, two shorter workpieces can be machined in order to reach highest productivity.

TORNOMAT 2S - for two-sided machining

TORNOMAT 2S - for two-sided machining A CNC-control permits also conic flats, radius and backward operations

The universal CNC-model TORNOMAT 3 is particularly used for larger workpieces and powerful chipping.

A side-head which makes face and groove work possible with the straight turning method is optionally available as CNC-axis.

The range of application goes from
10-120 mm (hexagon A/F)
to 10-70 mm (square A/F)
TORNOMAT 3 - with CNC-control

TORNOMAT 3 - with CNC-control for machining of large workpieces.
max. machining diameter approx. 110 mm
max. turning length 90 mm, optionally up to 160 mm
